How do I return an item?

The Pure by Jen team must first approve all items intended for exchange/store credit. Any items that arrive to Pure without prior approval will NOT be processed and will be returned back to sender. Carefully read the information below regarding return guidelines and the steps on how you can get your return request approved.



GUIDELINES:

-Website orders may be returned for an exchange or store credit if post marked within 7 days of receiving your order.

-THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON MONOGRAMMED ITEMS OR SALE/CLEARANCE ITEMS.

- Worn, washed, and/or damaged items will not be accepted for return.

- If applicable, original tags must be attached and intact.

-Damaged or worn shoes will not be accepted for return- the original shoe box must also be damage free for return.

-For defective item claims, please contact us within 72 hours of the delivery date at [email protected]. Please include your order number, picture of your product, and description of the issue.

-We will then respond within 3-5 business days to confirm or reject your return request.



HOW TO RETURN FOR AN EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT

-Please read the above guidelines to ensure that you meet our requirements for a return or exchange

-Ship the item(s) back any way you want!

-Please fill out the form below and include this sheet in your return package

-Shoe returns must be shipped back in the original shoe box and placed in another box to avoid damages from shipping

-Please allow 3-5 Business days for your return to be processed

-We will email your online code for your store credit once your return is processed
